2years later

Two years ago today I met my beautiful girlfriend. It has been an interesting two years but I can say that I fall in love more and more, everyday. She is my best friend and the universe has decided that we are the perfect match.

I look forward to our future and in going to really enjoy the wonderful day we have to ourself 😃

You can still ride in water

As the sunshine beams through the afternoon rainfall. The old man states the profound dedication to not only his sport but his religion. You can still ride in the rain. I just want everyone to remember to appreciate the comforting smell of rain and the preciousness of vitamin d . The workout is much more than a weight loss plan...it's a spiritual experience.

Thought of the day

People do have the ability to change but they have to make the choice on their own. Don't expect something to change just because it is the right thing to do..and don't bet on it.

so I am now on the next book inner warrior. I am also coaching the JU rowing team it is very exciting. I have had an awesome summer of lifeguard comps. Placing 1st in the region and 12 in the nation for the ironman. I have purchased a very nice road bike which I ride as much as possiable. I am working a couple hrs in the morning at a surgical instument company it's very nice. I just got back from biking santos yeasterday and I have been rowing as much almost everyday. I have figured out why men grow beards , why gingers have red hair, why not to speed on the innerstate and that girls are wired wrong.

chillin at the station

so today im working on beach patrol, chilling with coach in the box, im hopping the waves get better soon. I am currently working on a paddle board challenge race, its a fundraiser for the lifeguard competition team, I am creating a beach goer survey to Analise or beach demographics to further assist them in lifesaving services, also i have been training hard for the sprint series triathlons( swimming, mtb, paddling, etc) im feeling fast and looking faster. I am very proud of Stanton College Repertory's rowing team for dominating episcopal at states. I have been coaching their varsity 8 and finally, after being beat by them all yr. they finally whoop up.

Im also reading the way of the peaceful warrior and its an awesome book so far. i need to replace the bearing on my truck, but am waiting on a grease packer, and i am refurbishing an old shwin road bike to do the triathlons, im studying for the GRE, and creating a blog for the lifeguard comp team members that don't frequent the station

Bamfness all around

Moving forward is great, but don't forget to look back every so often and gain some motivation. In some cases it helps to just stop and enjoy the moment :)

it rained this morning. And it monsooned from my but...I feel Ill and I seem to be in a weird place in life.I can't really figure out the direction I should travel. I have a couple of ideas. And the biggest conflict is between complacency and safety..I want to explore new lands both physically and metaphorically but I'm not guaranteed the grass will be any greener...I'm sure everyone faces this issue almost everyday for the rest of their lives but this is what blogs are for right?

im gonna go swimming at episcopal tonight from 6:30 to 8 if anyone is interested its free for the boyz(lifeguards). I have been feeling pretty good lately, i know from experience that this is only temporary, but are past experiences really a good fourthought of the future?


lesson of the day...putting ur laptop on ur lap is not as productive as putting it on a table and it keeps ur boys from getting to hot.

my feeling towards women...oh noooo

it seems the majority of women my age (18-24) think its OK to dress extremely seductive and proceed to go out to far past intoxication and forget whatever they do...that's not OK. It's completely gross and i know guys do this too, and my opinion sounds somewhat sexist but girls do this in a different fashion and there is a double standard in this case. I'm not saying that guys should be aloud to go out and do whatever they want, that's not OK at all they should act with dignity but, the case is that young women are like beautiful new homes, that may eventually house a nice family...so take care of your home so that when you're ready to settle down you'll be comfortable living there.

i went fishing today

well, first i went surfing...the waves sucked but there's potential. So i decided the North Jetties would be sick when the tide backs out. Let me explain, for the past two days the waves have been palpable and i have had no time to surf...rubbed deez pretty bad. So, i told myself finally i have a day off and ill go surf only to find myself fishing. This story really isn't going anywhere, but i am, the tide has backed out and it's time to surf and i casted some rods out so hopefully there will be fresh meat for snack when i get back?? PEACE!!!
